Shani Bliesner is a live events professional with a passion for creating smooth, impactful, and unforgettable experiences from behind the scenes, as well as Lecturing at JMC Academy Brisbane with a focus of inspiring and motivating the next generations of Entertainment Industry Professionals.

Shani works across some of Brisbane’s most dynamic festivals and live productions in roles ranging from Technical Stage Manager, Production Manager, Event Supervisor, to Site Crew. Whether managing a stage schedule, troubleshooting on the ground, or supporting audio teams, Shani brings a calm, organised, and solution-focused approach to every show.

With a growing focus on Technical Production, Shani is currently expanding her skills in FOH and monitor mixing to complement her background in logistics and crew coordination. Shanis goal is to continue building a career at the intersection of Technical Production and Stage/Event/Festival Management, where creativity and precision meet.

Shani contributed to events like Woodford Folk Festival (Production Coordinator/Acting Production Manager), BIGSOUND (Event Coordinator), Gympie Music Muster (Stage Manager) and community-driven events like Northey Street City Farm Winter Solstice Festival (Production Manager). Shani cares deeply about the live industry and the people who power it — and is always looking for opportunities to learn, collaborate, and grow.
